Fellowship in the Institute is a privilege not lightly conferred. The application below is administered by the Standing Committee on Notability and is reviewed twice yearly. Please answer all questions in full; incomplete applications are returned without comment.

Please indicate the extent to which the following statements obtain. The Committee favors candor over flattery.

I have, on at least one occasion, attended a chapter convening at meaningful personal inconvenience.

I conduct myself, in my public and professional life, in a manner I would be willing to defend before the Board of the Institute.

I have, in the preceding twelve months, performed at least one act of demonstrable benefit to a fellow Michael, with no expectation of reciprocation.
